Customer relationship management and targeted marketing
With CProfit, the management of the subscription customer register, such as the maintenance of customer contact information or customer types, is efficient and secure. The customer contact information is connected to the customer register, so that the system can be harnessed to alert the user when the agreed contact time limit is approaching.
CProfit's marketing tools can be used to conveniently target, for example, telemarketing to a selected group of customers. CProfit also enables the read-in of external data, allowing the system to be used to acquire new customers from the outset. In addition, personal customer letters or bulk e-mails can be sent to the selected customer group, for example.
Order management
Thanks to flexible order management, orders can be e.g. define a different payer and subscriber. The order can be created through an agent, the order periods can be of different lengths, campaigns and discount periods can be linked to the orders, and the pricing lives with the total order.
New subscription periods are automatically created based on the price list. Delivery and billing addresses can be changed permanently or temporarily for a given period of time. If necessary, the system can automatically credit the magazines for the canceled period to future periods.
Product management
CProfit can be used to manage a variety of products from magazines to newspapers. The release calendar makes management easy and multiple editions can be created for each product as needed. The editions can be traditional newspaper publications or implemented in electronic form.
Managing subscriber gifts is easy. The recipient can be selected for each gift separately. Inventory gifts are also managed by gift inventory accounting.
Easy management has been created for the sale of single issues: the number of single issues can be permanent, vary periodically, or even vary daily.
Distribution
The magazines are distributed using an application created in connection with the system, which enables both early distribution (anonymous distribution), daily collection (nominal distribution) and various overlay distributions. If necessary, mailings other than the actual magazine can also be delivered to the press in the desired format, for example in ABC sort.
Billing and ledger
CProfit includes invoicing and ledger. Invoicing includes the creation of checklists, invoicing runs, invoicing printouts, invoicing reporting, invoice archiving, and connections to financial management systems. Invoicing can be implemented as traditional paper invoices, electronic invoices, or even cash payments. Shared invoices can be created for agents who themselves bill their subscribers. Agents can also be managed through invoicing.
CProfit's ledger conveniently monitors payment transactions. Payments are read from the bank's records or can be posted manually. It is also possible to postpone the due date of individual invoices. The system also includes features for different payment methods and reminders, and credit block levels are updated automatically.
Reportage
CProfit's reporting module can be used both separately and with the main application. This facilitates access to information on an organization-wide scale, e.g., for management. CProfit's reports cover a wide range of statistics.
CProfit works with, for example, Microsoft Office applications. Data can be imported from other applications or files or saved in csv or pdf format, for example. Email can be sent directly from the system via the default email program.
Add-on module - Self-service interface for the customer
The CProfit system has an advanced customer self-service interface, which enables the customer to make changes of address and order breaks, as well as to order other products on the Internet. The information is stored in the database either directly or through customer service approval.
Anygraaf's other systems
CProfit works flexibly with other Anygraaf products. The compatibility of CProfit's and Anygraaf's other products enables the utilization of a common database, which, among other things, makes customer relationship management easier and more efficient.
