The web­site is part of the Na­tion­al Dig­i­tal Li­brary project ini­ti­at­ed by the Min­istry of Ed­u­ca­tion and Cul­ture. The in­clu­sion of the pho­to archive, which has pro­vid­ed ex­pe­ri­ences for over a mil­lion vis­i­tors, is a sig­nif­i­cant step to­wards con­sol­i­dat­ing all in­for­ma­tion in­to a sin­gle lo­ca­tion.
