Any­graaf Oy (Busi­ness ID 1025056-4) was de­merged on April 1, 2026 in­to two new com­pa­nies through a full de­merg­er:

Any­graaf Oy (Busi­ness ID 3575167-2) and AG-Hold­ings Oy (Busi­ness ID 3575169-9).

The share­hold­ers of Any­graaf Oy (1025056-4) re­ceived shares in the new com­pa­nies in pro­por­tion to their pre­vi­ous own­er­ship. As a re­sult, the own­er­ship struc­ture of the new com­pa­nies re­mains iden­ti­cal to that of the orig­i­nal com­pa­ny—in oth­er words, own­er­ship con­tin­ues to be en­tire­ly held by the per­son­nel.

Fol­low­ing the de­merg­er, the new Any­graaf Oy con­tin­ues the busi­ness op­er­a­tions of the for­mer com­pa­ny, while AG-Hold­ings Oy has as­sumed re­spon­si­bil­i­ty for as­sets not re­lat­ed to the core busi­ness, such as re­al es­tate and in­vest­ments.

 As this is a full de­merg­er, the orig­i­nal Any­graaf Oy has been dis­solved as a re­sult of the arrange­ment. The new Any­graaf Oy (3575167-2) is re­spon­si­ble for con­tin­u­ing the busi­ness op­er­a­tions, while AG-Hold­ings Oy (3575169-9) man­ages the re­al es­tate and oth­er in­vest­ment as­sets pre­vi­ous­ly owned by the com­pa­ny.
